Building on the excitement from our recent Health Fair\, this session will focus on simple\, affordable ways to prepare healthy meals at home. Residents will enjoy a live cooking demonstration\, learn new recipes\, and take home tips on how small changes in the kitchen can lead to big benefits for your health. \nHealthy eating matters. The food we choose to eat can boost our energy\, improve our well-being\, and help us to feel our best. Come to the Assembly Room to learn about services and support\, sample delicious and healthy food\, and connect with neighbors who are on the same path to healthier living. \nThese meetings are open to all Westside residents and take place on the last Thursday of every month. \nWe hope to see you there!

Our Health is Wealth Fair is bringing screenings\, resources\, and health providers to you so you can enjoy the benefits of a healthier\, more vibrant life. \n  \n📍 College Hill Courts Assembly Room 🗓 Tuesday\, October 7th\, 2025⏰ From 10 AM – 2 PM \nTake care of yourself and your family at the Health is Wealth Fair at College Hill Courts! Our local partners will be ready to connect and share helpful resources: \n  \n\nSignal Centers – Learn about assistive technology and tools to help with daily living and independence.\nHamilton County Health Department – Get information on vaccinations\, health screenings\, and wellness programs for all ages.\nCEMPA – Explore primary care and family health resources available in the area.\nCHI Memorial – Receive guidance on health services\, preventive care\, and community programs.\nUrban Strategies\, Inc. (USI) – Meet onsite case managers who can help you access support services\, connect with programs\, and coordinate care.\n\n  \nWe’ll also have two mobile health units providing onsite screenings and services: \n\nBreathe Easy Mobile Unit – Get support for lung health\, asthma management\, and other respiratory concerns.\nBreast Mobile Unit – Receive breast health screenings and guidance from trained professionals.\n\n  \nThis event is your chance to check in on your health\, ask questions\, and access services conveniently in your neighborhood. This is a free event\, everyone is welcome\, and appointments are not required.
