Our local partners will be ready to connect and share helpful resources: \n  \n\nSignal Centers – Learn about assistive technology and tools to help with daily living and independence.\nHamilton County Health Department – Get information on vaccinations\, health screenings\, and wellness programs for all ages.\nCEMPA – Explore primary care and family health resources available in the area.\nCHI Memorial – Receive guidance on health services\, preventive care\, and community programs.\nUrban Strategies\, Inc. (USI) – Meet onsite case managers who can help you access support services\, connect with programs\, and coordinate care.\n\n  \nWe’ll also have two mobile health units providing onsite screenings and services: \n\nBreathe Easy Mobile Unit – Get support for lung health\, asthma management\, and other respiratory concerns.\nBreast Mobile Unit – Receive breast health screenings and guidance from trained professionals.\n\n  \nThis event is your chance to check in on your health\, ask questions\, and access services conveniently in your neighborhood. This is a free event\, everyone is welcome\, and appointments are not required.
