“Health is Wealth” is a simple but powerful idea: taking care of your body and mind is one of the most important investments you can make. When you prioritize your health, you gain energy, confidence, and are able to tackle the challenges of the day. Our Health is Wealth Fair is bringing screenings, resources, and health providers to you so you can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, more vibrant life.

Take care of yourself and your family at the Health is Wealth Fair at College Hill Courts! Our local partners will be ready to connect and share helpful resources:

• Signal Centers – Learn about assistive technology and tools to help with daily living and independence.
• Hamilton County Health Department – Get information on vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness programs for all ages.
• CEMPA – Explore primary care and family health resources available in the area.
• CHI Memorial – Receive guidance on health services, preventive care, and community programs.
• Urban Strategies, Inc. (USI) – Meet onsite case managers who can help you access support services, connect with programs, and coordinate care.

We’ll also have two mobile health units providing onsite screenings and services:

• Breathe Easy Mobile Unit – Get support for lung health, asthma management, and other respiratory concerns.
• Breast Mobile Unit – Receive breast health screenings and guidance from trained professionals.

This event is your chance to check in on your health, ask questions, and access services conveniently in your neighborhood. This is a free event, everyone is welcome, and appointments are not required.
