One Westside Resident Meeting with USI

Join us on Thursday, October 23rd at 4:30pm for a special Healthy Cooking event at our next resident meeting held at the College Hill Courts assembly Room. Building on the excitement from our recent Health Fair, this session will focus on simple, affordable ways to prepare healthy meals at home. Residents will enjoy a live cooking demonstration, learn new recipes, and take home tips on how small changes in the kitchen can lead to big benefits for your health.

Healthy eating matters. The food we choose to eat can boost our energy, improve our well-being, and help us to feel our best. Come to the Assembly Room to learn about services and support, sample delicious and healthy food, and connect with neighbors who are on the same path to healthier living.

These meetings are open to all Westside residents and take place on the last Thursday of every month.
