Poppy, the Chattanooga Public Library’s mobile library van, will be visiting College Hill Courts on Friday, September 25 from 2–5 PM by the flagpole. Residents will be able to browse and borrow books, sign up for a free library card and discover programs and services available through CPL. The Downtown Chattanooga Public Library is a hub for learning, creativity, and community. A special CARTA shuttle will pick up residents in front of the College Hill Courts main office, go to the library and return to College Hill Courts later that afternoon -- for free!
