No one should have to leave their community to find quality, affordable housing. One Westside is committed to replacing every existing apartment so that current residents can remain in their neighborhood while benefiting from improved homes and new opportunities. This means modern, high-quality apartment homes that meet the needs of families, seniors, and individuals — without losing the sense of home and community that makes the Westside special.
