USI operates from two units within College Hill Courts. Their team is staffed with three Family Support Specialists, a Workforce Specialist, an Education Specialist, and a People Manager, all available daily for direct resident support.

Each household is matched with a Family Support Specialist who listens to their needs, helps them set goals, and creates clear plans around housing, work, school, health, and more.
✔ Service Coordination & Provider Partnerships
USI leads quarterly Service Provider Network meetings with over 20 partner organizations. They coordinate referrals, troubleshoot barriers, and ensure pledged services (like job training, healthcare, and education support) are delivered effectively.
✔ Monthly Resident Engagement
By holding regular meetings onsite at College Hill Courts, USI creates consistent space for residents to give feedback, share ideas, and stay informed about new opportunities.
