Poppy, the Chattanooga Public Library’s mobile library van, will be visiting College Hill Courts on Thursday, October 23rd from 2–5 PM by the flagpole. Residents will be able to browse and borrow books, sign up for a free library card and discover programs and services available through CPL. Come out, check out a book, and take the first step into a new story!
