Free Shuttle to the Chattanooga Public Library
The Downtown Chattanooga Public Library is a hub for learning, creativity, and community. A special CARTA shuttle will pick up residents in front of the College Hill Courts main office, go to the library and return to College Hill Courts later that afternoon -- for free!
